Asos Usability Testing
Cognitive Walkthrough and Heuristic Assessment of the E-commerce Flow

This individual project analyzed the usability of the ASOS online shopping platform using the Cognitive Walkthrough method and heuristic principles. The objective was to identify friction points within key user tasks such as finding a product category, discovering promotions, and completing a purchase, and to provide actionable design recommendations.
I conducted the full evaluation process, including task definition, application of usability criteria, and diagnosis of interface issues related to visibility, system status, error prevention, and user control. The insights were synthesized into a prioritized improvement roadmap, highlighting areas like price clarity, navigation structure, and promotion discoverability.
This work reflects my ability to apply UX research methods and interface evaluation frameworks to enhance usability, interaction flow, and decision-making clarity.
