NuBank – Strategic Marketing & Brand Evolution Plan
Developed in the MBA Marketing Strategy course, this project focused on NuBank’s evolution from a fintech disruptor to a full digital bank in Latin America. The analysis included a full brand and market audit, customer segmentation, and positioning across key markets (Brazil, Mexico, Colombia). The team proposed “VING FORWARD,” a strategic marketing campaign aimed at redefining NuBank as a digital financial ecosystem—offering hyper-personalized solutions, enhancing trust, and expanding market presence through flagship hubs and improved brand storytelling.
I contributed to the strategic framing of the campaign, the brand experience design, and the alignment of marketing efforts with customer needs and business growth goals.
